Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your data, please send an email to:

Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account.

We will process your request and confirm deletion within 7 business days.

1. Overview

At Pregnancylogics, we respect your right to control your personal data. This page explains how you can request the deletion of your account and all associated personal data, including data collected through Google Sign-In and other services.

2. What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon receiving a valid deletion request, we will permanently delete:

  • Your account information (name, email address, profile picture)
  • Google Sign-In profile data (name, email, and profile picture obtained via Google authentication)
  • Saved pregnancy and fertility calculator data
  • Baby name lists and wishlists
  • Pregnancy checklists and hospital bag lists
  • Any other personal data stored in your account
  • Authentication tokens and session data

3. Data We May Retain

In limited circumstances, we may retain certain data after a deletion request:

  • Legal obligations: Data we are required to retain by law or for legal proceedings
  • Aggregated analytics: Anonymized, non-identifiable usage statistics that cannot be linked back to you
  • Fraud prevention: Minimal data required to prevent fraud or abuse

Any retained data will be kept only for the minimum period required and will not be used for marketing or profiling.

4. Deletion Timeline

  • 1.Day 1: We receive your deletion request via email
  • 2.Within 24 hours: We send a confirmation email acknowledging your request
  • 3.Within 7 business days: All your personal data is permanently deleted from our systems
  • 4.Confirmation: We send a final confirmation email once deletion is complete

5. Google Sign-In Data

If you signed in using Google, we only store the basic profile information provided by Google (name, email address, and profile picture). Revoking our app's access to your Google account does not automatically delete data already stored in our systems. To ensure complete deletion, please submit a data deletion request as described above. You can also revoke Pregnancylogics' access to your Google account at any time via Google Account Permissions.

6. Account Deactivation vs. Deletion

Deleting your data is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your data is deleted, you will lose access to any saved information including pregnancy tracking data, baby names, and wishlists. If you simply want to stop using the service temporarily, you can just stop logging in — your data will remain safely stored until you return.
